Earth Summit 2024 In-Person Registration

Now for some final big questions for your consideration -

Do you feel you already have an understanding or a transformative "working-together" model that includes the voices and perspectives of Original Nations and Peoples in your life - reflected in local, regional, national and international thinking, and in relationships with each other and environment? Can you describe how this is enacted in thinking, policy and life as you know it?

Let’s figure out some details for when you are thinking of joining us

Once you have clicked the register me button you will be asked to consider your manner of contribution to these events and efforts. Even where we incur great expense and are aware that many do charge a ticket fee for entry, we do not charge each other to be a true human being, we do not charge for the individual events, we do not charge each other for the sharing of cultural knowledge, practice, and experience. INITC and the Stories and Songs of the People program rely on your understanding and practice of generosity to continue offering these gatherings and sustain well-being, ensure this work continues and, most importantly, to support all our Elders, Knowledge Bearers and youth to participate - those with the least that must often travel from afar to attend. So we really need your support and generosity and offer some minimum contribution suggestions below. But after all, in the end, you must know what you can contribute. For this knowing we give you our heartfelt thanks!

After much conversation and consideration we offer this minimum contribution guide -

$50 per Day - which includes all sessions and evening performances; $35 after 5pm - if you want to come for evening events only; $180 all 4 days - all events, all activities and all the possibilities!; And as a special offering - Considered contributions of $250 or more receive our limited-edition T-shirt commemorating the Summit (don’t forget to tell us your t-shirt size so that it’s waiting for you upon arrival at entry)

Camping On-Site

As part of the support and contribution process for in-person registration we wanted you to know that there are a limited number of on-site camping areas available at the Bellingen Show Grounds – which has a shared shower and toilet amenities block (you will need to bring your gear…). A limited number of powered sites are available (campervan and caravan spaces)
